After discussing it for over a week, YouTube has decided to remove YG’s “Meet The Flockers” video over its Anti-Asian lyrics.
The song from his 2014 project “Krazy Life” talks about what happened during a robbery in an Asian neighborhood.
Staffers at YouTube were the first to ask to have the video removed, but the request was first denied.
YouTube had a change of heart amid the rising crimes against Asian-Americans over the past few months.
