“The Light”

Sampling has always been a part of the hip-hop culture and is an art form WE truly appreciate.

Jeremiah and Ty Dolla $ign release their summer banger “The Light“ from their anticipated joint album “MIHTY“. Both of their soulful sounds compliment each other and the whole album will be super sexy.

With both being R&B crooners they found an amazing sample from Keni Burke who was also an amazing singer and performer. The song they used to sample was from the 1982 song called “Risin’ To The Top” from his third album “Changes”.   

It’s great to see two power singers and stars in their own right give recognition to older generations. WE wouldn’t be here without them.
