Tyler Perry Supports Regina Kings Women’s Initiative

Ever since Regina King’s speech at The Golden Globes Awards where she promised to employ more women, she’s gotten a lot of support from men. One of those men is Tyler Perry.

“Tyler Perry reached out immediately,” King said. “I haven’t even finished going through all my congratulations emails, so I’m sure there’s a couple others.”

King is currently a big part of the awards season this year for her role in the movie If Beale Street Could Talk.
