The Boondocks HBO Max Reboot Delayed

If you’ve been anticipating the reboot of The Boondocks on HBO Max, you’re going to have to wait a little while longer.

The reboot, based on the characters from Aaron McGruder has been delayed until later this year.

HBO Max ordered 24 more episodes of the program to span two seasons and were supposed to be released in the Fall of last year.

An hour-long special was also in the works. It’s not known if the delay is COVID-related.
