Taco Bell Might Be Joining The Chicken Fast Food Wars

The company also announced it would relaunch its Round Up program, which gives customers the option to “round up” their order total to the nearest dollar, to raise funds for the No Kid Hungry campaign. Taco Bell is usually known for their tacos and burritos, but it looks like they may be branching out.
Many fast-food giants, including Popeyes and Chick-fil-A, got in on the chicken fast food war in 2019, and it looks like Taco Bell might join the fight.
Liz Matthews, the brand’s global chief food innovation officer, recently said, “I love watching the competitors. I think a lot of players out there are doing a great job, but what I will say is that we will interrupt that with what we’re going to do on chicken.”
Liz didn’t go into any more detail, but it appears as if something magical may be brewing.
