Suspect Arrested in the Murder of Takeoff (UPDATED)

Prosecutors say that Patrick Xavier Clark had applied for an expedited passport right after Takeoff’s murder by submitting an itinerary for a flight to Mexico. When he was arrested, prosecutors said he received the passport and on his person they found a “large sum of cash”

TMZ obtained court docs that show prosecutors are asking for the suspect’s bail to be set at $1 Million. And IF he is released on bail they are also asking the judge for an order that would stop him from talking to a specific list of people – Takeoff’s family, J Prince Jr & his family, as well as Shakur Stevenson and anyone from his family. They are also asking the judge to place him under house arrest if he gets out on bail.

The Houston Police Department just announced today (Friday 12.2) that they have made an arrest in the case of Takeoff’s murder.

TMZ reports, that 33 year old Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested Thursday evening and charged with the murder of the Migos member.

Another person, Cameron Joshua – 22, was arrested on other gun charges as well.
