In the clip, a figure is seen sporting a brown paper bag over its head as an unreleased Q record blares in the background. The rapper’s face finally appears, followed by the album’s title and release date.
Leading up to the big reveal, the Grammy-nominated lyricist dropped off two buzzy singles: “Numb Numb Juice” and the Travis Scott-assisted “CHopstix.”
Along with several other artists, Q previously delayed the release of new material, in the wake of Nipsey Hussle‘s tragic death.
CrasH Talk will serve as a follow up to Q’s 2016 release Blank Face. Since then, he’s appeared on the TDE-curated Black Panther soundtrack as well as a Rolodex of singles such as 21 Savage‘s “good day” and Kamaiyah‘s “Addicted to Ballin.”
