Portland Mayor Gets First Challenger For 2020 Election

Portland, Ore. — Sarah Iannarone filed paperwork July 9th to run for Portland Mayor in the May, 2020 primary election.

This will be the second time Iannarone has run for mayor.  She finished in 3rd place in the 2016 election behind eventual winner Ted Wheeler and Jules Bailey.

She launched her 2020 campaign with a YouTube video.

The 46-year-old lives in the Mt. Scott-Arleta neighborhood and currently teaches at the Wayfinding Academy in St. Johns.
