New details emerged as a woman who was with Pop Smoke at the time of his murder testified to Los Angeles police detective Carlos Camacho.

Another teen and 20-year-old Corey Walker were also involved in the incident. The three intruders learned of Pop Smoke’s location through Instagram and went to an Airbnb to rob Smoke of jewelry.

They got away with a Rolex, which they later sold for $2,000. The 15-year-old admitted to shooting Pop three times during a secretly recorded conversation with a cellmate.

Walker’s attorney, Christopher Darden, argued that Walker admitted to being the driver and told Judge H. Clay Jacke II, “At most, he’s a principal in a robbery” and “not an aider and abettor of premeditated murder.” Walker is set for re-arraignment on June 3rd, if charged he could face the death penalty.
