Playboi Carti‘s highly-anticipated sophomore album, Whole Lotta Red, may arrive sooner than fans had expected.

During a recent concert in Milwaukee, the Atlanta phenom briefly paused his set to share with the crowd that he was eager to release new music within the next two months or so.

“I’m tryna drop my s*** in the next 60 days,” Carti can be heard saying in a fan-captured clip — and the audience cheers at the news.

While Carti doesn’t specifically mention Whole Lotta Red, he appeared to further reference a full-length project. After announcing his time frame for the release, the “Woke Up Like This” rapper goes on to say that the forthcoming drop will not include any guest features.

“I ain’t gon’ lie. It feels like we worked too hard for this moment,” he says at one point during the video. “So, I’ma do this s*** with no features.”

Of course, Carti may be referencing a different project entirely. In addition to Whole Lotta Red, the rapper is also busy at work on a collaborative mixtape with super-producer Metro Boomin.
