New Homeless Center Opening Today In East Portland
Portland, Oregon – A brand new center to help homeless residents is opening this afternoon in East Portland. The Blackburn Center at 121st and East Burnside will provide health care, housing, and employment services for homeless and for people at risk of becoming homeless. The new center operated by Central City Concern opens today at 2:30pm.
Central City Concern’s new Blackburn Center will officially open on July 9 to provide health care, housing and employment services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
