Missing Gresham Baby May Be In Danger

Gresham, Ore. –  Police are looking for a one-year-old baby they say is missing and in danger. Phoenix Burks was last seen with her 20-year-old mom Raemi Carter nearly a week ago, after the court ordered her little girl to be taken into protective custody. Authorities say Carter has connections in Oregon, California and Nevada. When the Department of Human Services contacted Carter, she immediately fled with Phoenix.
