Missing Elderly Woman in Vancouver

Vancouver, WA – Keep your eyes open this morning for a missing elderly woman in Vancouver. 94-year-old Elinor Echlin goes by “Penny.” She went to a doctor’s appointment yesterday morning but never came home. She’s white, about five foot three, 140 pounds, gray hair and green eyes. She drives a red 2003 Toyota Camry with Washington license plates 670 PNT.
