Man Shot In SE PDX’s Foster-Powell Neighborhood

Portland, Ore. – We hope to learn more about what led to a man getting shot in Southeast Portland. Police found the victim near SE 51st and Gladstone just after 10pm last night. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover. Robbery detectives are now handling the case. There is no suspect information.
