Kanye West is gearing up to gift fans with new music this summer…well, sort of.

Thursday night, BET released a trailer for the second season of Irv Gotti‘s hip-hop inspired drama series Tales. In the promo clip, a song titled “Brothers” can be heard blasting as the scene plays out.

Featuring backing vocals from Charlie Wilson, the snippet features Ye subtly rhyming about brotherhood.

“We’ll be brothers forever/What happens to one of us, happens to us together/And we’ll be brothers forever,” the rapper spits in the action-packed trailer, which stars former NFL running back Thomas Q. Jones as well as reality star Draya Michele.

“I am beyond excited for the return of Tales. Producing this new record with my production partner Seven and working with Kanye for a song exclusively for the Tales series, has been one of the highlights of my music and TV career,” Gotti recently told People.

He continued, “I did it for my hip-hop culture. I wanted to give the fans something to listen to and enjoy as well as visually enjoy, and ‘Brothers,’ the song in conjunction with this global TV premiere is precisely that moment. Tales is back!!”

The song marks Ye’s first solo release in nearly a year since his Lil Pump collab “I Love It.” However, the seasoned producer has promised that his hotly-anticipated Yandhi album will be making waves soon. The record has been delayed twice, most recently in November.

Tales is set to premiere on BET on July 2.
