As we head for the final stretch of summer, Birdman and Juvenile have delivered a new star-powered single titled “Ride Dat,” featuring Lil Wayne.

Capturing the magic of Cash Money Records, the bouncy production unites the label’s three original pillars as they rekindle their undeniable chemistry. The effort marks Birdman and Wayne’s first official collaboration since settling their highly-publicized lawsuit back in June 2018.

As part of the deal, the “A Milli” rapper officially cut ties with his former label, and his long-awaited album “Tha Carter V” finally saw a release.

These days, however, the Cash Money Millionaires appear to be on good terms, with “Ride Dat” setting the stage for the imminent arrival of I’m On My S***, the follow-up to Birdman and Juvenile’s joint album Just Another Gangsta.

As for Wayne, he’s confirmed that his long-awaited Funeral album is completed and set for release before the close of 2019.
