As Billboard reports, Billie Eilish has knocked “Old Town Road” off the No. 1 spot with her song “Bad Guy,” which sat in second place to the song for nine weeks. This marks the 17-year-old singer’s first No. 1 on the chart.
In a message on her Instagram Story, Eilish posted a picture of the Billboard article and simply added, “AYYYYYEEEE WE MADE IT.”

Surprisingly, “Old Town Road” dropped to No. 3, as Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s “Señorita” claimed the No. 2 spot. During its time at the top of the chart, the song kept a total of six potential chart-toppers from reaching No. 1.
Some of the songs that peaked at No. 2 while “Old Town Road” was at No. 1 include Post Malone’s “Wow,” Taylor Swift’s “ME!” and “You Need to Calm Down,” and Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber’s “I Don’t Care.”
