Lauren London is taking legalities into her own hands, to ensure her son Kross inherits a lofty fortune from his late father Nipsey Hussle, The Blast has learned.

According to the report, London has filed paperwork to establish guardianship of her two-year-old son, in anticipation of the toddler becoming the recipient of approximately one million dollars at the close of Hussle’s estate.

The couple dated several years before welcoming Kross in August 2016. The Victory Lap lyricist also fathered his 10-year-old daughter, Emani, from a previous relationship.

Per legal documents obtained by The Blast, London asserts she is the sole caretaker of Kross and will ensure his “best interests” as he receives the lucrative inheritance.

The actress is also reportedly vying for full guardianship of her son so she can participate in legal matters involving Hussle’s estate and probate, on the child’s behalf.

The news of London’s legal filing arrives on the heels of others members of her late partner’s family coming forward with intentions of managing his estate, namely his brother and business partner Blacc Sam. A rep for London, however, tells The Blast that this legal filing is a “private matter” which the ATL breakout star will not be addressing.
