Kodak Black is not having a great time in lockup.

The rapper has just filed a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of prisons and the director and warden of the Big Sandy maximum security prison, on allegations of torture and having his rights violated ever since he was transferred in 2019.

Black claims that prison guards put a “gang beating” on him shortly after he arrived and he goes on to say that he continually gets mistreated for no reason.

Kodak lists alleged mistreatments like being forced to wear a backless gown with no access to a bathroom, putting him on his knees execution-style in just his underwear, and refusing him to meet with a rabbi to practice his religious beliefs.

Ultimately, Kodak wants to be moved to a lower-security prison, paid for damages, and his legal fees paid.
