Kodak Black Is Pleading Not Guilty To Weapons Charges
Kodak Black pled not guilty to charges that he falsified forms used to purchase firearms in Florida on Wednesday (May 15th)
Kodak was arrested before his Rolling Loud set in Miami on Saturday and indicted on two counts of making a false statement in order to purchase firearms.
According to Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s lawyer, the rapper was confused by the paperwork he was signing and filled it out wrong by mistake.
“When you throw around legal terms like indictment, information, or anything like that where someone is not an attorney, [the federal government is] making the assumption that you know what that means,” said Cohen.
