Kodak Black Given 46-Month Prison Sentence

Kodak Black Given 46-Month Prison Sentence. The “Too Many Years” rapper has been sentenced for lying about his criminal record while attempting to buy firearms. Court documents show he did this on more than one occasion. He was previously facing up to a decade behind bars. Kodak was originally booked back in May and posted bond a few days later.

A judge later revoked the bond and Kodak issued a guilty plea in August. This is not the first run-in with the law the 22-year-old rapper has had. In April of this year he was booked for possession of a firearm and cannabis. Kodak was also indicted in 2016 for first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
