Khalid and Elba’s guest spots arrive one week after country singer Thomas Rhett and comedian John Mulaney take the stage on March 2.

The R&B crooner took to Twitter to share the exciting news with fans, by responding to a tweet highlighting his appearance on the coveted show with a series of crying emojis.

This week also finds Khalid earning two top positions on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart with “Better” and “Talk.” This feat makes the American Teen vocalist the third artist to ever dominate the chart, alongside Drake and The Weeknd.
