Kanye West Named In New Copyright Lawsuit
A lawsuit has been filed that names Kanye West, Pusha T, Def Jam, and G.O.O.D Music that accuses the parties of unauthorized use of music owned by Fame Studios.
Fame Studios claims that a song by Pusha T called, “Come Back Baby,” uses unauthorized samples of the song “I Can’t Die Without You” by George Jackson.
According to Fame’s attorney, “the company would not have agreed to license the song for that type of song by any circumstances.”
No court date has been set yet.
