Kanye And Cudi Are Being Sued For Uncleared Sample

Kanye West, Kid Cudi, and Ty Dolla Sign are being sued over a track called “Freeeee” on their “Kids See Ghosts” album.

Ronald Oslin Bobb-Semple claims that the song has an unauthorized sample of a song he did in 2002 called, “The Spirit of Marcus Garvey.”

Semple says the guys used his voice in their song and didn’t get his permission to do so, nor did they pay him any profits from the song.
