Fans are eagerly awaiting the return of the Netflix series Ozark and its star Jason Bateman is setting minds at ease with an update on the final season.

First of all, keep in mind that filming of the fourth and final season is going on now so Bateman didn’t spill too much tea about the 14 episodes of the final season that will be spread over two parts.

“As far as when it’s going to come out, it’s really going to reliant on, you know, if we can stay in production,” Bateman said in a reference to COVID-19 halting production. “It would have taken longer with the last administration, so I think we’re gonna get to TV sooner thanks to Uncle Joe.”

Many hope the first seven episodes of the final season debut before the end of the year, with the final seven coming early next year.
