Well, this is good news! Ja Rule just scored a legal victory. A judge has removed him from the Fyre Festival class action lawsuit.

Ja was a co-founder of the Fyre Festival, which was supposed to be a luxurious celeb-packed music event in the Bahamas.

As we all know, the event quickly fell apart. A $100 million class-action lawsuit was filed by ticket holders, naming Ja Rule and several others as defendants claiming they made “false representations” about the festival.

The judge ruled that Ja Rule could not be held liable even though he promoted the event, he was not aware or intended for the event to be such a failure.

Following the ruling, a legal rep for Atkins said that his client “is thankful for today’s ruling and for the court’s time and attention. Justice was done today.”
