Is 50 Cent Having Second Thoughts About Ending ‘Power’?
After it was announced in May that 50 Cent‘s hit crime drama will conclude with its upcoming sixth season, it appears the Queens rapper might now be having some second thoughts.
In a new Instagram post, 50 shared a picture of himself, along with a powerful message.
He captioned his photo:
Although 50’s post was likely in jest, the rapper continued his thought in another post that was captured while he was in Spain.

As previously reported, Power will end with an extended 15-episode season this summer.
Titled “The Final Betrayal,” the upcoming season is described as “a heightened and unpredictable journey” that will “raise the stakes yet again.”
50 Cent will make his directorial debut in the third episode. He will be joined by Emmy Award-winner Anthony Hemingway, who will return to direct the season’s finale.
And although it’s the end of the series, Starz promises that this won’t be the end of the “Power universe.”
“We will follow some of your beloved Power characters beyond the scope of the initial series,” said executive producer Courtney A. Kemp in a statement. “But we will play with your expectations of which characters, where, and the master timeline of it all, creating a Power universe as unpredictable as the original.”
The final season of Power premieres Sunday, August 15.
