Dreamville Drops Off Introspective ‘Revenge’ Documentary Ahead Of New Album

Ahead of the arrival of the highly-anticipated Revenge of the Dreamers III album, Dreamville is collectively holding fans over with the release of their introspective documentary Revenge.

The David Peters-directed film chronicles the sounds, experiences and creative processes behind the forthcoming compilation album. Though only 30 minutes long, the film features many captivating moments, captured during the 10-day recording sessions at the legendary Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta, GA.

Dreamville artists Ari Lennox, Cozz, J.I.D and Cole are, of course, highlighted throughout the short, as are other rising acts such as Buddy and Smino.

The film ushers in the arrival of ROTD III, which is coming out on Friday. On Tuesday, the KOD lyricist shared a pair of fresh singles: “Costa Rica” featuring J.I.D, Bas, GuapDad4000, Reese LaFallare, Jace, Mez, SmokePurp, Buddy and Ski Mask The Slumpgod; and “Lambo Truck,” which leans on the slick back-and-forth between Cozz and TDE’s REASON, between hooks delivered by producer-turned-artist Childish Major.
