“I can’t go to jail” was what Drake said after finding out the girl he invited on stage revealed she was 17 years old.

In a newly surfaced video Drake is seen caressing, seducing and kissing a fan on stage at anyhow back in 2010. When he asks the girl how old she is after the initial seduction, she replies with “17.”

Even after she gave her age, Drake continued to kiss and fondle the teen on stage in front of fans.

Drake’s team has yet to respond to the newly surfaced video.
