In a rare two-hour interview with Rap Radar, Drake admits that his beef with Pusha-T, “wasn’t even about battle rap.”

Drake describes Pusha-T’s “The Story of Adidon” as his “first loss in competitive rapping,” and “a genius play in the game of chess.”

Drake believes that Pusha-T crossed a line that won’t ever allow him to forgive him and says, “I sleep well at night knowing I didn’t get out-barred. I didn’t get, you know, doned off by some crazy song.”

Drake went on to say that Pusha-T “made a career” off of the beef and says that he never really like Pusha’s music because he “doesn’t believe” anything Pusha ever rapped about.
