Detroit Rapper’s ‘Coronavirus’ Song Spreading Online

We now have a Coronavirus anthem, thanks to Detroit rapper Gmac Cash’s song about self-isolation.

Cash’s rhymes include: “Ima chill at the crib cause it’s safe in here/I ain’t even ’bout to drink me a Corona beer” and advice to “Wash your hands with a lot of love.”  The song’s YouTube video has now gone, well, viral at over 200,000 views.

Cash’s other songs include a one about a certain chicken chain called “Popeye’s Got Roaches” and his ode to Michigan roads called “Potholes.”
