Danny McBride Has No Idea Why Kanye West Asked Him to Play the Rapper in Biopic

Danny McBride sat down with Jimmy Kimmel and shared his story of Kanye West, who had at one time asked Danny to portray him in a biopic.

McBride says that Kanye called him out of nowhere asking if he could come hang out at his home in Charleston, South Carolina.

McBride found the perfect outfit for the “date,” they hung out on a boat and discussed the biopic. McBride described the afternoon as “incredible.”

Afterward, McBride’s son asked Kanye to watch him play Fortnite, which he obliged. Kimmel couldn’t believe McBride’s Kanye story, asking him, “Did this really happen, cause you’ve done drugs right?”
