DaBaby Says Charlotte Police Illegally Searched & Arrested Him

Da Baby had a full day planned on Monday after returning home to Charlotte, North Carolina from the KIRK Tour.
His plans didn’t include a walk-thru at the local jail. Da Baby was taken into custody after he got off stage at the Bojangles Coliseum, he says he was illegally searched and arrested and he got most of what happened, including the police searching his car prior to his arrest, on video.
Da Baby’s associates took to their IG Stories filming the cops looking in Da Baby’s car while he was on stage and asked police if they “found anything.”
Da Baby was arrested and jailed for 3 hours before returning to social media to show off his jail wristband that is supposed to be cut after his release. He claims he was released through the same door he came in at and offered a call from an officer’s cell phone after being dropped off on the street, all of which Da Baby says is “against jail policy.”
