this weekend our angel arrived healthy & perfect in every way in our bathroom at home. unmedicated homebirth was the absolute hardest yet most powerful thing i’ve ever done. thankful beyond words. in love beyond comparison. refraining from posting to be family and rest, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who sent well wishes, love, and support in all forms while waiting & working to bring Adeya earthside. 🧡

Congratulations to Kehlani, who’s revealed the recent birth of baby daughter, Adeya.

“This weekend our angel arrived healthy & perfect in every way in our bathroom at home,” Kehlani began the heartfelt Instagram post. “Unmedicated home birth was the absolute hardest yet most powerful thing I’ve ever done.”

She continued, “Thankful beyond words. In love beyond comparison.”

The singer also shared that she refrained from immediately sharing the news out of her need for rest, and wanting to be a family with her newborn and the child’s father, Javaughn White, who later shared a message of his own.

“Adeya is home,” he tweeted.

“The most beautiful moment of my life,” said White.  “These two are my reason & resolve.”

This joyous occasion marks the first child for both Kehlani and White.
