Ciara Says Upcoming Album Is Her Best Work Ever
Ciara isn’t letting motherhood slow down her dual careers: music and modeling.
Landing her first Vogue cover — for Vogue Arabia — the “Level Up” singer recently shared details about her forthcoming seventh studio album. According to Ciara, the effort is one of her “best works ever” and is set to debut at some point this year.
“I’m super-excited and my vision for this project is to inject love into the world with dance,” the 33-year-old told the publication for its February issue.
Ciara reveals that she spent a great deal of time recording the album while pregnant with her daughter Sienna.
“There was something really special about that,” the vocalist said of the experience. “Being a mother of two made me feel even more confident, inspired, and fearless.”
As for the milestone of having her first Vogue cover, Ciara shared her happiness with fans on Instagram.
“This shoot was a dream. I overcame my fears of working with horses again too!,” she captioned an image of the stunning cover, which shows her posing between a white horse and a black horse.
