Cardi B and Offset have turned Turks and Caicos into “Twerks and Cakeos” as they celebrate Cardi’s 27th birthday on the tropical island.

Cardi was joined by her sister, Hennessy, along with a host of friends. The highlight has been the massive diamond ring that Offset gifted Cardi which was documented on Instagram.
