California Is Suing Kanye’s Yeezy Brand

California is suing Kanye’s Yeezy brand for allegedly violating a law that requires notice or a refund when a product doesn’t ship within 30 days.

According to the California business code, if a company doesn’t ship something ordered online in 30 days they must give a refund or send something of equal value along with a letter of delay.

The supply chain issues across the country is hurting a lot of companies nowadays.

Kanye hasn’t spoken on the lawsuit, but his site Yeezysupply.com states that all orders should allow “2-3 business days for an order and 3-5 days to ship.”
