Bow Wow’s Lawyer Claims He’s Innocent

Days after being taken into custody for fighting with his girlfriend, Bow Wow’s lawyer Joe S. Habachy says his client was the victim and he’s innocent.

Habachy says that Bow Wow “was wrongfully arrested after being beaten by an intoxicated out of control female.”

The female, Habachy is speaking of, is Leslie Holden who was also taken into police custody after the incident, and according to witnesses, she was the one out of control.

The scuffle happened outside a Midtown Atlanta building and the two were taken to Fulton County Jail after both parties were arrested.
