Back To School In Portland

Portland, Or. – Students in the Portland School District begin the new school year today. Students at Grant High will be in the newly remodeled building for the first time. The improvements were funded by a 482 million dollar bond.

The school features a double entry, a new safety measure. Superintendent Guadalupe Guerrero says he wants students to feel safe, so they have a good learning environment and so parents’ minds will be at ease.
