OutKast frontman André 3000 has been charming the city of Philadelphia with his flute skills and now we finally know why.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Andre Benjamin has joined the cast of AMC’s Dispatches from Elsewhere, which started production this week in Philly.
Created by How I Met Your Mother‘s Jason Segal, the drama follows a group of people who “stumble onto a puzzle hiding behind everyday life and discover an ever-deepening mystery.”

Segal will star alongside Benjamin and Alethea Jones.
This is the latest TV project for Benjamin, who also starred in ABC’s American Crime and portrayed Jimi Hendrix in the 2013 biopic Jimi: All Is By My Side.
