Alicia Keys’ New Film Causing Backlash

Alicia Keys is producing a romantic comedy for Netflix called, “Resort to Love”.

Christina Milian and Jay Pharoah are set to star in the film about a singer being hired to perform at a wedding at a resort.

Alicia Keys is receiving backlash because of how she and Swizz Beatz started their life together, which seems very similar to the plot of this movie.

Many believe that Alicia broke up Swizz’s previous marriage. Although Swizz and Alicia have denied those rumors, Alicia is catching heat for being responsible for writing a script similar to the rumors she used to face in the early parts of her relationship with Swizz.

‘Resort to Love’ will be available on Netflix on July 29.
