A$AP Rocky Will Not Challenge Assault Conviction

A$AP Rocky’s lawyer says that he won’t challenge his assault conviction, “given the headache and the stress this process has meant he has decided he doesn’t have the strength to do this one more time,” said Slobodan Jovicic.

Rocky and two of his associates were convicted on August 14th in the assault of a 19-year-old man during an argument. The 19-year-old wasn’t charged in the incident.

The prosecution isn’t pressing for a tougher sentence and Rocky along with his team was able to come back to the states.
