21 Savage Says Rappers Need To Be Smarter

21 Savage has his own legal problems to deal with but he says that some rappers need to be smarter when dealing with the law.

TMZ’s camera caught up with Savage in L.A. Monday night and he was asked about Kodak Black’s recent arrest.

He said, “The law is the law. You break the law, you gotta deal with the consequences.”

Kodak Black is in federal custody after evidence linked him to a shooting in Florida.
