2 Chainz Once Said No To Working With JAY-Z

2 Chainz recently told a story of the time he said “no’ to Jay-Z.

It was when Jay-Z and Kanye were in Paris working on Watch The Throne.

Jay-Z invited 2 Chainz to meet them in Paris, he was going to send him a private jet. 2 Chainz had one request, could he bring his DJ?

Jay-Z said no. He wanted to bring his DJ because he credits him with guiding his career to the point where someone like a Jay-Z would even be interested in him.

He tried explaining this to Jay-that he couldn’t go to Paris alone. They told him they needed him by himself. He didn’t go.
