Lizzo has scored her first number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with her infectious single “Truth Hurts.”

Nearly two years after its release, the track ascends from number three to the top slot after spending 16 weeks on the chart. “Truth Hurts” spike on the tally arrives on the heels of Lizzo’s performance of the smash hit on last week’s MTV VMAs.

The feat also makes the multi-talent one of just three female rappers to earn a number one on the Hot 100 as a solo artist: She joins Cardi B and Lauryn Hill.

Initially released in September 2017, the song received renewed attention after it was featured in the Netflix film Someone Great, which premiered this April. “Truth Hurts” was later added to the deluxe edition of Lizzo’s debut album CUZ I LOVE YOU.

Currently, Lizzo is gearing up to hit the road again in support of her debut with the Cuz I Love You Too Tour, the second leg of her international Cuz I Love You Tour.

Slated to kick off on September 7 in New Orleans, the trek will hit major cities including New York, Miami, Atlanta and Chicago before wrapping in San Francisco on October 28.
